Old Scene renders black

I have a four years old maya scene here that does not render with the VFB.
The strange thing is the viewport render does render.

Any ideas?

Check if there is a dome light with assigned (missing) texture. If that is not the case please send us the scene to support@chaosgroup.com and we will investigate further.

Im back and here is the scene file.
As mentioned above it does render in the Viewport but not in the VDB.

There is a region render in the VFB but its probably as big as a pixel so you can't see it. Just draw a new region or disable region rendering.
