Opened up a scene I was working on just prior to Update 2 and hit render, the shot looks very different particularly in the out of focus parts of my DOF. Any idea what's going on here? It looks like the backlight is much brighter and also maybe there's some kind of bokeh turned on even though it's off on the physical camera? Or this could just be a result of the exaggerated hotspots. Haven't changed anything in the scene apart from updating VRay. Screenshots attached. Let me know if you want me to send the scene over, though there is a fairly large Phoenix Cache.
Edit: The backlight is set as a directional light with the directional value at around .97. It seems to be to do with this setting as I can match the look if I dial this setting back to about 0.4. I did notice in the changelog that directional lights have 'improved sampling' so not sure if its something to do with this.
