vray stops render when ESC being used in other apps.

Hi there, I'm using vray in maya, and whenever I use ESC even if I'm say using firefox it stops the render.

Unfortunately, this is a Maya specific oddness in Windows OS, for which there isn't anything we can do.

Thanks for the reply! I wonder is the render interruption coming from vray or is it tied to maya? If it's from vray itself would it be possible to remap the key or disable it?

The issue is tied to Maya, even remapping the 'Esc' key from the Hotkey Editor would stop the rendering; it affects other renderers as well.
