    I've noticed strange behaviors with AlSurface shader since have been using V_Ray 5.
    The main one is this... The 2 images have exactly the same light, shader, etc... The only difference between the 2 is the "Focal Length" of the camera... Am I missing something? Thank you.

      Did a few more test and it seems there's definitely something fishy about "AlSurface" reflection:

          Hi TKIO

          Thanks for the provided files. We've managed to test the scene and the issue appears to be linked with the SSS Mix value when Reflection Strength 1 and 2 are set to 1.000. If you set the Mix value to less than 1, it seems to work properly - you can use this as a workaround for the time being. I've reported this in our internal bug-tracking system (ID number: VMAYA-9941) for developer investigation.
