denoiser result empty / black images

Hi, we have issue with denoiser result empty / black images, does anyone have this issue before? the other passes is work fine tho, diffuse, cryptomatte etc., deleteting denoiser and create again seems not work
maya 2018.6, vray next for maya update 2.2 (v4.30.02 apr 24 2020)

Which denoiser are you using? Could you send some screencaps so we can take a look? Which channel is empty?
