Can't hide V-Ray fur.

Hi all,

I can't seem to hide V-Ray fur from rendering. I can hide in the Maya viewport, by hiding it in the outliner or turning preview off, but it still renders in the frame-buffer.

Can anyone help?

if you want to stop the fur from rendering, you can turn it off globally in the overrides tab of the render settings. Doesn't exactly answer your question, but might help.
