VrayEdges texture issue

Hi, so im trying to get some linework renders, and im noticing this issue on the edges, with inconsistency and jaggedness etc..



Scene is attached, using latest vray5 release, maya 2019...rendering in cpu.

also is there a way to exclude internal edges from the render?

The toon shader no good for this?

This does happen with single-faced objects, indeed. We have looked for solutions for it, to no avail, however. Best use the Toon shader/effect workaround.
