  • Extremely slow IPR after Update 1 but just on specific hardware

    Hi,
We updated our machines to 5.1 and everything works well pretty well (some scenes seems to render faster and with even less noise, I hope it is not a placebo haha).
Although, on my colleague machine IPR became extremely slow with very weird denoising artifacts.
We installed the latest recommended NVIDIA drivers but it did not help.

On machines with these CPU everything works well:
    i9 7900x
    2990wx
    3550x

However, 3970x performs terribly (JUST IN IPR)

Does anybody else noticed a similar, hardware related problem?

    Have a good day all,
    Karol

    Hello there,

Can you please confirm if you are using CPU or GPU IPR rendering?
Another thing that will be really useful as information is what type of IPR Engine you
are using with the denoiser you have mentioned. (You can check that through the oprtions of the Denoiser or from the log of the render)

    Kind Regard,
    Dimitrina

        Hello again,

Is it possible for you to send a log from the problematic render (the one from the Maya Output Window for example),
so we can have further look into the problem?

        Kind Regards,
        Dimitrina
