Error on starting up Maya 2022.1

Hello,

Upgrading to Maya 2022.1 I get this error on startup



It doesn't affect Vray in anyway, everything seems to be working fine

I think there is a thread already that says Vray USD isnt as up to date as the new Maya 2022.1 USD plugin....

....seems I was beaten to it....reply above has the info.
