  • Locked Camera Mousewheel changes Focal Length of Physical Camera

I locked a camera in Maya Channel Box. But when I use the Mousewheel the focal length and brigthness changes in physical camera attributes. The view is locked though.

You are locking the Translate XYZ of the camera manually, right? The scroll seems to control the Focal Length, only when the Specify FOV mode is set to "off". I think it would be easier to use the "Lock camera" option (Viewport toolbar>View>Lock camera).
Could you share a video, or a simple scene so we can confirm we are talking about the same thing?

I can confirm, when locking the camera in view>lock camera, there is no such behaviour. But I cant set the focus point anymore.
I recorded a video, showing the behaviour I mean with locking in Channel Box.

Well, you can do it your way with a specified FOV. Since you're using Physical exposure, this should explain why the brightness is changing depending on the "Point of interest".
