When i create a vraytriplanar node i get this error. The error occurs every time i select the node as well. This is in an empty scene.

Thanks for the report. We are aware of the issue (internal bug-tracker id: VMAYA-10530) - it is related to Maya itself. We have already contacted Autodesk about the matter.
