Shadow and Wrapper

Hello,
I need help on Vray and Maya. I render in two parts, the first is the background with a still image and the second is the character which is animated. But when I add the two I have a shadow problem like in the final image. Can you help me ? Thanks !!

Try disabling the Matte objects' "No GI on Other Mattes" options and see if that resolves the issue.
