Cryptomatte and VFB display corrections

Hi,

I just had a go with cryptomatte, in update 5.2 . Great to see it working in IPR. However I thought there was something wrong, as it wasnt assigning different colors to the geo.



Turns out that it is, and the VFB recognises it correctly, but it was because my 'display corrections' is set to OCIO, and as you can see in the gif, changing the correction setting alters the matte. Is this to be expected? If so, might be good to mention it in docs.

Using Maya 2022.1 and latest official vray build.

That's just a preview, not the actual data. It should work either way.

Hi yeah it does, love it too But the point should be that i just got caught out by it, thinking something was wrong, ended up wasting time. If its just a preview, but looks incorrect, as the OCIO one does, then it should be fixed or documented really.
