Vray Clipper render error

I'm using Vray Clipper to intersect a mesh with a group, there is an area left as alpha channel which should be showing the (red) background. I also noticed the reflection of the clipped mesh sometimes is incorrect. Am I missing something?

PROBLEM SOLVED! The issue was not enough Transparency Levels under Render Settings/Overrides/Materials/Max Transparency Levels.
