issue: "Could not find UI element named"

Here is my error message:

I couldn't find a solution on google. Help me please. I don't know what is going on.
I deleted prefs files but still having an issue. Another weird symptom I have is that if I turn off Arnold when I turn on Vray plug-in, Maya shut down everytime.

Hello there,

Is it possible for you to give us a bit more infomation like specs you are using such as: OS, Maya version and V-Ray build + number?
Another thing that you can try is to uninstall V-Ray and do the same steps to try and reproduce it again.
Also is it is possible can you send us a video of how you reproduce the problem?

Thank you for reply!
A funny thing happens, when I try to record video of the issue now, it doesn't show up anymore....

But here is my specs
OS: Windows 11 Home
Maya: 2022.3
V-Ray 5 for Maya, update 2.1 (v5.20.01 from Dec 16, 2021)
I'm using educational version for both Maya and V-Ray.

if it happens again, I'll try re-install everything again.
