Can't get soft shadows on Vray CPU

I am having an issue were when setting the rectangular light directionality to anything above .8 causes sharp shadows. IPR on both renderers shows the accurate soft shadow but when doing and actual render CPU fails. Posting a CPU vs GPU render.

Thanks for the provided scene. It's never a good idea to manually scale VRayLights - in some cases it can cause issues such as this one. Rather, use the U/V Size parameters instead.
