Chaos License Server window at start up

Hello, ever since the last windows update, the one where tabs were introduced to Windows Explorer, each time I boot, the Chaos License Server and ChaosUnifiedLogin command window is open at the Desktop and stays there. It never did that before. Is there a way to stop this?
