Noise in Environment fog - Mesh lights

When using mesh lights in Vray for maya I cannot get the noise to smooth no matter how high I have the settings.
Am I doing something wrong? What am I missing here?

All the lighting in this scene are mesh lights.


Regular rec lights produce a nice smooth result at the same settings.

Could you please share with us your scene so we can investigate further? You can do that here or though our Request System.
Please, make sure to include all of the HDRIs, textures and assets that might be needed in the scene.

Additionally, let us know of the Maya and V-Ray versions that you are using.
