Vray Sun crashes when trying to animate position

Hi I am encountering crashing to desktop in Maya 2024.1, with Vray 6.1. With a vray sun (manual position checked), any time I try to set a key to animate the sun postion, it causes Maya to freeze then crash to desktop. I then thought to see if perhaps I can set keys via any of the Time attributes, and attempt to set keyframes on any of those also causes maya to crash.

Thank you for the report, jling. The crash reproduces with Maya 2024.1 and I've logged it in our internal bug-tracker (id: VMAYA-12322).
VRaySun can still be animated as expected with Maya version 2024.0 if that is an option for you until there's a fix.

Yes, the fix is in the V-Ray for Maya 6.20.00 release as well as in 6.10.02 nightly builds 32422 from 18 Jan and later.
