"The Chaos License Server could not be reached"

Hello I am trying to render my scene but a error is coming up that says "The Chaos License Server could not be reached." i logged into my account and redownloaded vray what should i do to make it work? Thanks

Do you have access to the license server? If yes, check if it's online. If not, check if the Chaos license server is running at all.

Unfortunately, it won't let me access the Chaos licensing server no matter where I try.
When I click on "Manage chaos license server" It says that the web browser can not establish a connection.

is your chaos license server installed on the same machine you are working on or a different machine? Did you actually install the license server during installation?
