Unable to download V-Ray 7

I upgraded my perpetual licence to V-Ray 7 today and I am unable to actually download it, the Chaos website gets stuck on the attached screen.

Note, this is happening on both Chrome and Edge browsers.

It's the download link via the https://my.chaos.com/products page that seems to be broken. I tried it on a couple of different browsers, PCs in different locations, and my phone...
