    The switch utilities doesnt seem to work correctly while transferring values to the 2d placement node (repeat UV option).

    I need it to make mass variations in procedural textures (A few hundred bamboos..) and thought it would be a neat way to handle it.

    Any other solutions would be greatly appreciated.

    The problem is in our implementation of the 2d placement node actually, not our shader switch implementation. Our 2d placement node does not work with textures connected to its attributes. I'll log this as a request.
