maya crashes when saving with vray proxies

This does not happen every time but it did happen few times. When I have a scene with multiple vray proxy instances, and i try to save it (create a new file) maya tries to save then crashes.

we are running following build:

[2010/Mar/3|09:39:13] V-Ray: V-Ray for Maya version 1.50.00 from Jan 28 2010, 10:46:36
[2010/Mar/3|09:39:13] V-Ray: V-Ray core version is 1.90.02

Hard to track down this one without a scene. If it happens again can you send me the scene ( before the crashing save) and also what you did before it crashes ( created proxy from mesh, created proxy instances, etc).

I remember this was a bug in original release...I"m using the March 2nd build and heavily use automatic proxies and maya does not crash.
