  • Light leaks problem with LC

    Hi,

I guess this has been discusse several times, but just to be sure there is no solution, I ask once again:
On the two images you see the same scene once rendered with IR+LC and once rendered with brute force. When rendered with LC we always get these light leaks, also it should be impossible for the light to "leak".

The scene is rendered with a physical camera and the lights are IES lights with an intensity of 400.

We already tried to decrease the LC sample size to 0.002 and the prefilter option to 10. This helps a bit, but then the LC is not smooth and we get blotches on the walls and still the light leaks are visible.

    Any magic help?

    Thanks
    Lars

    Solved. For the moment.

The IES file wasn't load properly. After reloading we could set the intensity to 1 and the image looks fine.
