    Hi there,

    I get some strange results rendering a AO pass. I put the vrayDirtMap into the diffuse slot of a vrayMat.
    Now the surfaces pointing upwards are all dark which doesn't look right to me. For comparison I rendered an mray AO which calculates the result as I would expect it. Am I missing something or how to fix this. To make sure it isn't a problem with the geometry I also created a polyCube.

    Ur not using it right..

    Use Blend material, and use a Vray light material with dirt.

    Blend the dirt over your diffuse..
