If a ".tif map " is connected to the opacity of a vraymaterial.

The Raw/ specular, will have "bright blue / green " in it.

Can you specify what do you mean by Raw/ specular.
Also it will be helpful if you attach a screenshot.

      Hey Zdravko!

When you set the "light select type" to "Raw or Specular" of the Light Select,

And you have a light connected. If there's a black and white map (.tif , .png. , .exr or .jpg) connected
in the "opacity of the vray material"
to the object your trying to render

There will be green / purple etc in the renders..

I'll try and make a screen grab,
just try it , should happen instantly.

      O.

Ok, connected a Png , in the opacity of a vraymat
        connected to a sphere,

        added some specular/ reflection

Made a sphere and connected shader.(vray mat)

-turned on GI (brute force / irradiance)
-added Subdiv quality / displacement contrl
        max div to whatever 4 - 8
        to the sphere shape

Now it starts rendering "green "

(added vray mat id to the shading group, but don't think that' s it)

The lightselect render in Diffuse / spec turns bright green..

I'm sending a pic to vlado, cause don't have your email at hand.

        Thank you Zdravko
