Prepass only goes to 45%?

I've noticed recently in the latest few nightly builds, prepass percentage completeled doesn't go to 100% anymore, only around 45%:

Using Maya 2011x64 + Vista x64 SP2 and July 22nd build.

The percentages that you see in the Output window are only showing the completion of the task at random time intervals.
The values that you get are most probably due to the scene organization where part of the scene is very complicated unlike the rest of it which renders almost instantly. That's why you do not get any feedback (estimated time indication) for it.
