    Any idea what this error means when sending .vrscene to render via cmd prompt?

    V-Ray core version is 1.80.01

    Look at the specified line in the .vrscene file - there might be some odd text there. Is there any reason you are using such an old version?

      old version thats interesting let me dig deeper on that..I thought I had latest build from about a week ago
      here is the test on line 25

      rgn_left=-1.#IND;

        Hm ok; it will work if you replace "-1.#IND" with "0" for example; newer builds should handle this without problems.

          OK I installed the latest nighlty and has fix it, I dont understand why it was an older version as I keep up to date with the latest builds within a week or so.

            One more question, if I have calculated my vrmaps then go back to the scene and change a maya shader to a vray shader on an object (same texture file)then send the scene to render would the new shader change invalidate the vrmaps?
