Ah yes, I missed that as I was in a hurry (there is an option for the build scripts that needs to be specified and I forgot to add it). It will be there as part of the regular night builds of course. Does the RT engine work though?

    Best regards,
    Vlado

It didn't work with an old scene, but when I create a new scene it works fine. I will see if I can restore it on the old scene.

Ok, you can try saving to a .ma file and removing the VFB data in the file.

                  vlado,

                  one more thing:

the frame buffer window doesn't stays in foreground - meaning, everytime i click elsewhere in the attribute editor or the maya window itself - the frame buffer gets in the background.
                  Behind all other windows.

                  Thats pretty odd.

Is this known or is there a fix?

                  Regards

Thanks Vlado, editing the .ma file did the trick.

                        I hear you, Mr. Hoo.

A similar thing happens to me with 3ds 2009 on Windows 7. In fact, sometimes I can even click on the VFB itself and it jumps behind Max. I was thinking this was some weird graphics card issue, (as I am on a new computer and not yet too familiar with the system) but now that I've seen this post, I guess it's Vray...? It doesn't seem to happen with the standard Max render window...

I love the VFB but this is slowing driving me crazy...
