  • Urgent bug - showstopper - texture filtering on proies

    Hey Guys,

    we just noticed a serious filtering bug with vray proxies.
    This may unfortunately become a showstopper for our production! Could you please set this to high priority? Or maybe point out how i can workaround that?

    Underlying Obj has Proxy and the one in the foreground is the same but with history deleted!!! After that the images looks crisp! See the image here:

      It appears to be caused by the scaling of the proxy object; looking now to see exactly why...

                The issue that was fixed concerns incorrect texture filtering on scaled V-Ray proxy objects in Maya/V-Ray Standalone. There was no problem if the proxies were not scaled.

                The fix itself consisted of removing an extra line resulting from copy/paste of some code
