Hello everyone
I'm kind of following this guide for installing vray nightly on a nfs server
http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/maya...l_from_dir.htm
The main difference that I do is that we install it locally and then we copy the files to the server. We have blocked any 'sudo' attempts to write to the server as it can cause major problems. Then we have a maya wrapper (python) that set's all the environments before maya starts.
It works fine for the Linux systems, but the OSX client just refuses to load the plugin file. Anyone else working with nightly builds and stores them on a NFS server?
