weird weird ..
did install vray 2 beta for maya 2012 a couple of days ago ..
everything was working fine ... 2012 and 2011 version

restarted the computer today ..
and get // Error: Could not obtain a license (-9.
the dongle is in , the anti virus and firewall are turned down (just to be sure )

any idea ..maybe ?

That usually happens if the server is not started (is it possible it is not, it happened to me ) or the dongle could have a different version of the product.
If the server is indeed started and it is not working, it would be best to send a message to the support team at vraymaya@chaosgroup.com

We have the same problem too. in the status of the license says sxpires 01 May 2011. We are in production and we need to work with vray. Can you give us a solution fast? thanks

If you purchased V-Ray 2.0 for Maya, please email us to vraymaya@chaosgroup.com with the .wbc file from your license server to have the beta license expiration date removed.
