Quick question. When I setup V-Dirt texture on a surface material, then adjust the y bias and distribution and swap the occluded black with unoccluded white, it doesn't render correctly. I actually have to use a maya reverse node on the V-Dirt to get the correct inverse color for the V-Ray Dirt texture to use as a matte.
It's been like this for a long time. Is there possibly a bug with it?
Here is the V-Ray Dirt result on a light material.

Here is the same settings but with the colors swapped in V-Ray dirt.

And here is the V-ray dirt with a maya reverse node. To me, this would be the correct result. But I am sure you might have a scientific explanation why image 2 would be the correct inverse. :P
