linux render node issues

Hi

Our studio just converted our renderfarm to Linux. Our IT has asked me to post the following issue. Apparently vray is "finding it-self and then losing it-self" after the node starts the render. It seems like it cant read the env variable for vray. Sorry if that doesn't make sense I am regurgitating what the IT guy told me. If someone would take the time to check out the attached log and give us some insight we would be extremely grateful.

We are running Centos 5.5 and have tried re-installing vray on the node several times.

Are you installing V-Ray locally on all the render servers, or loading it from another location?

We are running rush queue. It will submit fine from the commandline on the render nodes. But when we submit through rush vray is losing the environment paths. We ended up hardcoding the environment paths into the rush scripts.
