The problem I am having is the maya camera dolly jumps after you move it to a slightly different value when using the alt+right mouse button.
The greater the dolly the bigger the jump. As soon as you let go of the right mouse button it jumps to a closer position if dollying in or a more distant position when dollying out.
This only happens after the camera is given the vray physical camera attributes, and they are turned on.
It makes it very difficult to precisely place the camera. The mouse scroll wheel dolly is unaffected but is generally too crude for precise placement.
As soon as the vray physical camera attributes are removed the camera dolly stays where you visually set it upon mouse button release.
