Problem with a system which have 128 threads

Hello there,

I got the system which have 64 cores with Hiper-Thread. So there are 128 threads.
You can check the threads below image.



I just tried to use all of the threads with V-Ray for Maya.
But V-Ray for Maya just used half of the threads which were just 64 threads as you can figure it out with the image.

Is there any limitation for the thread with V-Ray? The OS was windows 2008 server for the test.
