  • Some weird stuff going on..

I had a Maya project I was working on at a friends studio.

I copy the Maya project from his studio to a hard drive, then I copy the Maya project from the hard drive to my workstation at home.

When I go to render I get this error:

    "//Mac-001/vfx_tour/ROBOT_001/sourceimages/ROBOT_MARI_TEXTURES/V001/sheild_diff_paint.1001_tiled.exr". Unexpected tile x coordinate.

    [2011/Sep/4|03:21:41] V-Ray warning: Rendering is not re-entrant.

I am using the same version of V-Ray and Maya. At Both locations.

Don't know if is the same problem but when you try to convert some .tiff file with a "multiplane" compression (of something like this), the img2tiledexr crash, but a "bad" exr file was created.
And because we batch all convertions, we don't see the crash (because we batch a lot of files).

I converted files and all rendered fine except when I went to copy files over.. I don't think it was that, but thanks!
