motion blur not working

I have enabled motion blur int he v-ray camera settings and when I do a render i get the following error:

// Error: There was a fatal error rendering the scene. //
// Error: Exception [module=1] : Rendering region (448,512)-(512,576) //

I tracked it down to the tiled EXR image i'm using. When i replace it with a non tiled exr everything is fine. Is motion blur supported with tiled exr's in vray ? Anyone having a similar issue ?

DId you set your tiled exr to mipmapped in the file node ?

It should be perfectly fine in general; if you can post the scene here or send it to vraymaya@chaosgroup.com it will be very helpful to debug it.
