RT doesnt update Fog bias...

in more than one cases, I saw, that the RT engine doesnt update the Fog bias.
All other parms works.

Is this a bug?

Hi,

I guess it is something simple, but I've not checked why it doesn't work,
I'm working on other stuff at the moment.
I'll reply in this topic when I've fixed it.
