Lights blocking each other - work around ?

Hey guys,

This is a bit of a weird scenario but hey, thats life !
I've got an object being lit by multiple lights, however one section of this object requires it's own light to spruce it up a bit. However, the other lights are blocking it from reaching the light linked object.
Is there a way around that, or just not possible ?

so if you make a light invisible it still being blocked? I did a small test where if you turn on invisible the light adds intensity to the light behind it.
