How to change the kind of name scene separators?

Is possible choose each kind of separator I want, for my scene name?
Today a just can use scenename.00001.png

Examples:

scenename_00001.png
scenename.00001.png
scenename00001.png

[Morbid Angel]

I think its under render elements, there is an drop down which type of separator to use, dot or underscore, or it might be moved to global settings, look around.
