Hi
I was rendering animation recently with Vray 2.0 in maya 2012 x64.
Scene contains moving objects , cameras itc.
What I have noticed is some strange reflections issues on the water ( looking little bit like a foam but it's a bug)
What I did is calculated irradiance map with a "prepass" mode and light cache set to single frame. Also glossy rays was calculated with light cache and other option was checked under it.
Camera path was checked on both : irr map and light cache. On rendering stage I set "animation" and calculated lightcache again with the same options for a glossy rays ticked.
What could be the reason for that whity spots ? Looks like a light cache map samples are appearing in the animation shots or I'm wrong ? (water only )
It was quite high samples set and interpolate every 2 frame in animation rendering mode - could be too low and white spots came out ?
here is the link to my test animation : http://vimeo.com/31378148
cheers
