1.5 Proxy export crash on numerous files

Hi,

I'm finding that proxy export seems to crash on certain models even though they are around a reasonable 150mb and with no connections or history on the object.

Here are my settings:



V-Ray creates a vrmesh file then Maya will crash, sending off an error report. However the vrmesh is corrupt because it is able to import into Maya (albeit a single tri poly) and when I render with it, it is empty.

There was a bug with this in the original build; try a newer nightly or stable build - it should be fixed.

Thank you Vlado, the August version is now rock solid. I was a bit hesitant in changing builds as a few weeks back I had to switch back to an earlier build because of some stability issues.

However I found that I was able to fix the stability issues by simply disabling Aero in W7. I don't know why but it's worked - Maya doesn't crash after finishing rendering anymore.
