Scene will only render on my master machine...

I´ve a very strange prob here and my only hope is to get some hints from here.
(Maya 2012, Vray 2.2 official build, Win7)

What can be the reason, that my actual scene only renders on my master PC?
DR is working perfekt - RT is working perfect - in both cases with the whole network - 10slaves.

But when I try to start it with Deadline - only the master machine renders, all other give out this err message:

Only a fatal error - nothing more.

When I try to start the render on one slave inside Maya, the same thing - fatal error!

What could be the reason for that strange thing?
Any ideas?

ps, its absolute shure, that it is no tex or sever prob.
Only this scene make this probs - all other works perfect.
The scene included some construction data per step import, which vray renders normaly abs perfect

I tried some diff settings, but nothing helps.
Btw, to set the qual to average increase the rendertime dramaticaly - is this normal?

One thing is very strange here in my scene.
When i open the scene on another machine, at first it looks like, that some objects are missing.
(only those one I build normaly per low poly)
When I pick them in the outliner and move them a bit - suddenly they are visible!
Strange, never seen this before.
And on my mastermachine they are vidible erverytime when I load the scene.

What I can say is, that I´ve on my mastermachine maya2012 the servicepack installed - on the other no!
Perhaps here are my probs?

But generelly when I use maya render - everything works - it happens only with vray render.

I made soooooo many tests.
More than one time I thought to find the prob.
But I can´t give U any ways to reproduce the prob.

I can send U the whole scene, without any material, etc. - the fatal errror is not gone!
The scene is in rar format 14mbs big.

What do you mean.
Would be so great, when you take a look.
I´ve no other idea and I´ve to render it over weekend.

I found the prob.
wow...

Only on my master machine I´d installed maya2012 sp2!
On the slaves the older, first version.
After installing, everything runs perfect.
