  • import .vrscene materials empty?

    Hi,

On quite a few imports of .vrscenes, the list of materials seems to be completely empty when trying to import the materials in Maya:

    CGSkies Sample Scene.zip

However opening the file in the text indicates that there are indeed some materials saved, is this something that could possibly be fixed please?

    Using Maya 2013x64 and [2012/Jul/14|16:18:15] V-Ray: V-Ray for Maya version 2.10.01, revision 21575 from Jun 13 2012, 03:17:03
    [2012/Jul/14|16:18:15] V-Ray: V-Ray core version is 2.00.01

    Thanks Chaos!

Note that the exporter of V-Ray for 3ds max have a lot of limitations and it is not a fully supported feature of V-Ray. In another hand the exporter that comes with V-Ray RT is far more complete.
Try to using V-Ray RT exporter instead.

      Edit: WOW!

Switched to the 2.25.01 builds from last night and everything works. Whatever you guys did from June to last night, thanks a bunch!
