reproducible crash

Hi there,

I found a crash in V-Ray.

1) Render a blank scene in V-Ray with V-Ray Framebuffer.
2) Set enable history and click Save twice.
3) Assign Set A and Set B as per normnal
4) Close V-Ray Framebuffer
5) Open it again and with nothing selected, hit the Set A or Set B button and Maya should crash.
