We are currently working on a project with an unusual cardboard character.
For this to work we are using nurbs trims to generate any shape changes on the xy plane then using deformation on the zy...
If i render to the buffer it is fine. If I submit to the farm the trim seems to only get converted once (the frame i submit from)...
I have managed to replicate the issue on a very simple scene (see attached).
If I convert the trim to polys it works... unfortunately we need to use a texture reference objects with the trims so converting to polys will not work for our character as the polys will have different geo every frame.
