Weird Diffuse Behavior

Hello everyone,

I noticed a weird behavior of the Diffuse component of the V-Ray Material this morning.

When I put the Diffuse Color to white (1.0/1.0/1.0) at weight 1 and the Reflection Color to red (1.0/0.0/0.0) at Reflectivity 1, then the Diffuse Output will be cyan/turquoise-ish.

Is it just me or is this a bug?

It's not a bug; the reflection color takes away from the diffuse color, so if the reflection is red, the only light that sifts through to the diffuse layer is cyan.
