  • Vray RT engine problems with Maya 2013 (#2)

    I am using Maya 2013 with the latest update for VRay/Maya.
    The Vray RT fail to update and crashes. I'm attaching the RT dump file for it.
    This problem is taking place with ever scene. This is not the first time it happen. On 02/12/2013 Chaos Tech Support failed to generate the problem. Let's hope this helps clarify the matter.

    Nope, doesn't really help much unfortunately. I will see if I can get the reproduction steps from the support guys.

    In the meantime, a lot of RT issues are fixed in the nightly builds; it might be worth checking them out.

      Since we couldn't identify what cause this crash from the log file you have posted , we need to look what is happening from first hand.
      Please send an email to : support@chaosgroup.com , in order to arrange remote session with you.
      It would be easier for us if you add "remote session" in the subject of the mail - and a link to this thread.
