Hi
I'm really frustrated, I set up four machines for distributed rendering on a tight schedule and all my frames have the dreaded bucket squares on them. This has ruined the job and i'm going to think twice about using DR again, it used to work fine. I thought this was fixed now? My other machines say that the assets cache path is not specified but IT IS? I just added it to the Maya.env The animation has an image sequence in the textures - is this supported? It's an sgi sequence and some machines read it fine and others don't. Any ideas how to resolve this?
And why are there no clear instructions on how to set up your maya .env in the documentation?
I've never once successfully used the vray help files to glean anything useful.
I'm using 4 macs running snowleapord, Maya 2013...
